A blend of past and future: an ethereal and glacial woman is sublimated with the femininity of Maria Antonietta. This is Byblos’ woman for next winter 2015.

A brilliant and original collection that shows, in every details, the oxymoron of glacial and glamorous woman.

The shapes are characterized by the alternation of slim waist, wrapped in tight corsets, and large volumes. Defined silhouettes are blended with soft and sidereal garments.
The romanticism of the transparency has been combined to geometric and graphics shapes.

The inspiration? A mix of Queen’s style and the design of mountain ranges, depicted in satellite images taken from space that, printed on the shirts, are transformed into spines that cover the bust.

The color emphasizes the rock heart of the Byblos collection: black, red and the intense blue stand out strongly against neutral and cold backgrounds, and walk along the entire length of the garments.

A mix of old and new, past and future, history and progress: these are the things that are represented by the cyborg queen of designer Manuel Facchini.
