Free and sophisticated, the CoSTUME NATIONAL’s woman for summer 2015
With the collection spring/summer 2015, Ennio Capasa wants to continue the work begun with the pre-collection presented in June at New York.
A particular view of fashion by COSTUME NATIONAL,which interweaves rock n’ roll 70’s and refinement, designed for the today’s woman. Presenting a gritty and engaging woman, who can dare with aggressive colors and mettle clothing.
“Menhir”, the modern masterpiece of the artist Antonio Forteleoni, has inspired the designer of Puglia, bringing him to the atmospheres of “Stonehenge free music festival” of 70’s, an ambience of expression to youth culture, eager to change, to catch and immagine the future.
Asymmetric strapless dresses, laser cut, collar neck back cleavage with cornely stitching and flowing double layers, which seems to accompany model’s movements, giving a sense of lightness and harmony, for a very sensual woman.
Short and long jackets with fringes and studs on leather in laser cut suede, trench with contrasting seams, waistcoats with metallic belt loops with contrasting patchwork seams or suede inlay, to enhance free spirited female.
The predominant colors are purple, chocolate and dust blue, often combined with black.
Aggressive style shoes: sandals with high or low heels, in black cowhide and dark brown, or tubular boots with contrast seams.
There are plenty of accessories, complementing the rock style of collection: bags in suede and croco printed and bicolour hayers, pochette, shoulder bags, bucket bags with metallic corners, twill foulard plain silk or with contrasted graphic prints, cowhide leather necklaces and bracelets, or sunglasses in acetate with metallic suspension.
